His dissertation, a meticulous exploration of Astronomy and Astrophysics, particularly the Theory of the Big Bang, was conducted at the MP Birla Institute of Fundamental Research in Bangalore. Adding to his academic achievements, Ujjal has undertaken specialized programs that demonstrate his relentless pursuit of knowledge. He has enhanced his skills in Satellite Technology at IIT Roorkee, participated in an astrophysics workshop at IISC Bangalore, and engaged in advanced studies focusing on rocket propulsion and spacecraft dynamics at ISRO. Among his many accolades, Ujjal has set both a NATIONAL and WORLD RECORD for being the youngest Aerospace Chartered Engineer.
