The Impact of P. V Madhusudhanan on Education

Dr. P.V Madhusudhanan, an expert in Art & Aesthetics, was recently recognized with the prestigious Rabindra Ratna Puraskar 2024 awards by the Veyil Foundation for his exceptional contributions to education. The Veyil Foundation, a national NGO dedicated to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, honored Dr. Madhusudhanan for his outstanding work in the field. Currently, Dr. Madhusudhanan serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Art and Aesthetics at NCERT in New Delhi. His educational journey began with a Pre-degree from Calicut University in Kerala, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Bharathanatyam from Bharathi Dasan University in Tamilnadu. He then pursued a Master's Degree in Bharathanatyam from the same university.

With over 18 years of teaching experience, Dr. Madhusudhanan has worked in various schools across the Kozhikode district in Kerala since 2001. He also served as a lecturer at the District Education Training Center for five years and three months before taking up his current position as a Lecturer in Art Education at the District Institute of Education and Training in Kannur. Dr. Madhusudhanan's passion for art and education has led him to conduct numerous workshops and seminars on art appreciation, aesthetics, and cultural studies. He has also published several research papers in national and international journals, focusing on the intersection of art, culture, and education.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Madhusudhanan is also a talented Bharathanatyam dancer and has performed in various prestigious dance festivals across India. His dedication to both his academic and artistic pursuits has earned him recognition and respect within the field of Art & Aesthetics.
